Our legacy dates back to 1968 with Eugenio (Jim) Perciasepe Sr. His dream was to build quality homes of style and distinction. Homes that both he and his clients would be proud of. Jim always believed home is the heart of every family, and with this, he started his family-owned and operated custom home building and land developing company.

Today, more than several decades and two generations later, Jim’s vision of excellence has been passed onto his two sons, Francesco (Frank) and Giovanni (John).

Under the guidance and mentoring of Jim; Frank and John branched out and founded Highglen Homes (the next generation). Working hand and foot with their father at Fairglen Homes, they continue to take the home building traditions and commitments to the future third generation of quality custom home builders with Alessandra and Eugenio Jr (Jimmy) Perciasepe - as they carry Jim’s legacy forward.
