Our Story
Our story begins with Eugenio (Jim) Perciasepe Sr., who came to Canada from Calabria, Italy at the tender age of 17 in hopes of creating a better life for himself and his family. Jim, alongside his brother Leo, founded Avenue Homes with the vision of being a hands-on custom home builder, expressing personal commitment and passion to service excellence and being their clients' most trusted builder.
In 1986, Jim evolved and Fairglen Homes was incorporated into his portfolio of excellence. Today, Jim’s home-building legacy has been passed onto his sons, Frank and John Perciasepe, who continue the long-standing family tradition and dedication to service excellence through the respect Fairglen Homes has earned in local communities - Aurora, Markham, Scarborough, and Richmond Hill, as well as with their collaboration with Avenue Homes and Highglen Homes.

Francesco (Frank) Perciasepe
Frank, co-founder of Highglen Homes, continues the legacy of his father, Jim. With over 30 years in the construction and home building business, Frank’s intimate knowledge of municipal building codes, and in-depth understanding of structural and architectural design is what makes him a rare breed of builders in today’s marketplace. Frank manages the day-to-day operations and construction process from start to finish. Exceptional at troubleshooting, Frank is able to spot the necessary changes on the fly to better the flow and function of his clients’ homes - the result of decades-worth of hands-on building.

Giovanni (John) Perciasepe
John is the co-founder of Highglen Homes along with his brother, Frank. For over three decades, John has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the company’s tradition of excellence - bringing forward the respect earned in communities with Avenue Homes and Fairglen Homes, enabling Highglen Homes to become synonymous with outstanding quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. John’s experience and expertise go far beyond brick and mortar. Overseeing Highglen, Avenue, and Fairglen Homes financials, land acquisitions and purchases, as well as sales aspects of the business, John is the go-to for all client communications from beginning to end ensuring smooth operation.

Alessandra Perciasepe
Following in her father’s and grandfather’s footsteps, Alessandra has become an integral part of the Highglen Homes family business. Her early experience from shadowing her father on construction sites and visits to suppliers is what inspired her to complete her education in Interior Design. Today, Alessandra is an aspiring designer with a creative flair and a keen appreciation for continuing the family legacy in helping each client achieve their vision.

From the early age of 16, as a co-op student, Jimmy spent countless summers working as a general labourer, getting exposed to the multi-faceted world of construction, alongside his grandfather and uncle. Showing great promise early on, he learned to read architectural drawings and building codes at the onset of his career. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he joined Highglen Homes full-time. Today, Jimmy is a third-generation builder - carrying the lessons and skills acquired over the years into the future and helping the company grow.
